4. How many days in advance do you have to make a reservation? — 2 months to 1 day on our website. For other inquiries, please contact us directly via any social media platform.

5. You don't need to make a prepaid payment.

6. Can you reserve through Facebook/ Line/ Whatsapp/ Instagram? — You can contact us via any social media platform. However, we are working on increasing reservation channels. Currently, you can only make reservations on our website.

7. NO CANCELLATION
**If you want to reschedule, please negotiate your driver directly but if he will be available or not. (RESCHEDULING IS NOT UNDER OUR RESPONSIBILITY.)
